Automated Wellfound Job Listing Audits

Every Monday, WebRun opens your Wellfound company profile, checks every job listing for how long it has been live, how many applicants it has drawn, and whether it is still open, posts the full audit to Slack, and sends the hiring manager a short Telegram note about the posts that need attention this week.

In short

How do I keep my job postings fresh and performing?

WebRun opens Wellfound every Monday and audits each of your job listings for days live, total applicants, and recent applicant flow. It posts the full table to Slack and sends the hiring manager a Telegram shortlist naming the roles to refresh, close, or rewrite, so no post goes stale unnoticed.

  • Roles drawing no applicants are named every Monday
  • Listings missing salary or location are caught before they cost you candidates
  • The hiring manager gets a shortlist, not a spreadsheet

Questions, answered

Will it edit or republish my job posts?

No. WebRun reads your Wellfound listings and reports what needs attention. It never edits a description, republishes a role, or closes a post. Any change to a public listing stays a human decision.

Does it contact candidates?

No. Everything goes to your own Slack channel and the hiring manager's Telegram. WebRun never messages an applicant, and any candidate-facing message is drafted for a person to approve.

What makes a post count as stale?

You set the rule. By default a listing is flagged when it has been live longer than your threshold and drew no applicant in the last seven days, or when it is missing a salary range or location.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
