Automated Wellfound Candidate Follow-Ups
Every morning, WebRun opens Wellfound, goes through your candidate conversations, finds the threads where the candidate replied and nobody answered, logs each one in Airtable with the role and the waiting time, and drafts a Gmail reply that stays unsent until you approve it.
How do I stop candidate conversations going cold in my inbox?
Every morning WebRun opens Wellfound, goes through your candidate conversations, and finds the ones where the candidate replied and is still waiting on you. It logs each thread in Airtable with the role and the wait, then drafts a Gmail reply for every one and leaves it unsent.
- Strong candidates get a reply before they take another offer
- Every waiting thread is ranked by how long it has been silent
- No message reaches a candidate until you send it yourself
Built for startup founders · in-house recruiters · hiring managers · small talent teams

Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it message candidates without me?
No. Every reply is left unsent as a Gmail draft and WebRun never sends a message inside Wellfound. You read each draft and send it yourself.
How does it decide a thread is waiting?
It checks who sent the last message. If the candidate spoke last and nobody answered, the thread is counted as waiting and the days of silence go on the Airtable row.
Does it reject anyone?
No. WebRun never declines a candidate, closes an application or changes a status. It surfaces the silence and drafts the answer, and the decision stays yours.
