Automated Wedding Proposal and Contract Chaser
Every morning, WebRun opens HoneyBook, finds proposals and contracts sent but not yet signed, drafts a polite chaser email for each couple in Gmail, and posts a Slack summary for your review before anything is sent.
How do I automatically chase unsigned wedding proposals and contracts?
WebRun opens HoneyBook each morning, finds every wedding proposal and contract sent but not yet signed, and drafts a polite, personalised chaser in Gmail for each couple. It posts the full queue to Slack for your review, so bookings are never lost to silence and no chaser goes out without your approval.
- Unsigned proposals are chased within days, not weeks
- No booking is lost because a follow-up was forgotten
- Chasers feel personal because they reference the couple's event date and document details
Built for wedding planners · event coordinators · bridal studios · wedding venues

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it send chaser emails to couples without my approval?
No. Every chaser is saved as a Gmail draft and listed in Slack. Nothing is sent until you review and click Send yourself.
How many days after sending does it start chasing?
You set the threshold. The default is three days with no signature, but you can adjust it to suit your booking style and the urgency of the date.
What if a couple has already signed since the last run?
WebRun reads the live status in HoneyBook each morning, so any document that has been signed since yesterday is automatically skipped.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
