Stop letting emails sit unanswered for days
Every morning, WebRun signs in to Web.de, reads your inbox threads, works out which ones asked you something and never got a reply within two working days, opens one Trello card per waiting thread with the sender and the ask, and sends you a Twilio text when a thread has been waiting five days or more.

How do I track emails I have not replied to yet?
WebRun opens your Web.de inbox every morning and finds threads where someone asked you something and never got a reply. It creates one Trello card per waiting thread with the sender, the ask, and the wait time, and texts your own number through Twilio once a thread passes five days.
- Nothing a client asked sits unanswered past two working days
- The reply queue lives on a board instead of in your head
- A text only arrives when something has genuinely gone too long

Questions, answered
Does it reply to any of these emails?
No. WebRun never sends or drafts a reply on your behalf, and never texts the people who wrote in. It only builds your reply queue in Trello and texts your own number when something is badly overdue.
How does it avoid flagging newsletters?
It skips bulk mail, receipts, and automated notifications and keeps only threads where a person asked you something and the last message is theirs. Add your own senders to the ignore list at any time.
What happens once I answer a thread?
The next morning run sees your reply in Web.de and closes the matching Trello card, so the queue only ever shows what is genuinely still waiting.
