In short

How do I find real emails stuck in my spam folder?

WebRun reads your Web.de spam folder every morning, checks each sender against your contacts and past threads, and moves genuine mail back to the inbox. It logs every rescue in Notion and posts the doubtful messages to Microsoft Teams, so a real quote request is never lost for a week.

  • Genuine mail from known senders is back in the inbox by breakfast
  • Quote requests stop being lost in a folder nobody opens
  • Repeat offenders are logged so you can allowlist them once

Built for small business owners · sole traders · sales teams · anyone running a busy inbox

Questions, answered

Will it delete anything from spam?

No. WebRun never deletes a message. It moves genuine mail from known senders back to the inbox, leaves everything else exactly where it is, and lets your normal spam retention do the rest.

Will it reply to anything it finds?

No. Replies are never sent on their own. If a rescued message needs an answer, WebRun leaves it in your inbox and flags it in Teams, so the reply is written and sent by you.

How does it tell real mail from spam?

It matches each sender against your Web.de contacts and people you have replied to before. Known senders are rescued, and anything it cannot vouch for is posted to Teams for your call.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
