Questions, answered

Does this send anything to customers?

No. The daily digest is internal only. It posts to your ops Slack channel and logs to a Google Sheet. No external communication goes out.

Can it cover multiple routes or depots?

Yes. WebRun reads all routes visible in your Routeware account, so if you run multiple service areas or depots, all of them appear in the same digest.

How far back does the route data go?

Each run captures the current day's data and logs it to the Sheet, so the historical record builds over time automatically. You can review any past day directly in the Sheet.
