Does it only pull new comments or all comments?
By default, WebRun collects only new comments added since the previous run so the Notion edit list grows incrementally. You can also trigger a full-project backfill from WebRun settings if you need historical feedback consolidated.
Can it group feedback by section or reel rather than just timecode?
Yes. WebRun can organise notes by Frame.io project, by sequence name, or by any tagging structure you use. Define your grouping preference in the WebRun settings for this workflow.
What happens when a change is marked complete?
WebRun appends rows to Notion but does not modify existing ones. Your editor marks items as done directly in the Notion edit list, and WebRun will not re-add comments that are already logged.
