In short

Questions, answered

Will it send the call sheets and confirmations automatically?

No. WebRun drafts every call sheet and crew confirmation in Gmail and leaves them for the producer to review before sending. No email reaches crew or clients without a human sign-off.

What information does it put in the call sheet?

It includes shoot location and directions, general and individual call times, crew names and roles, client name, equipment notes, and any special instructions pulled from your schedule sheet.

What if a shoot is cancelled or rescheduled?

It reads your live schedule sheet each morning, so any shoot removed or moved in the sheet is automatically excluded from that day's drafts. No stale call sheets are generated.

Put this on autopilot.
