In short

How do I automatically track and follow up on overdue vending machine service tickets?

WebRun reviews open service tickets in Cantaloupe Seed Pro every morning and flags any that have been unresolved beyond your SLA threshold. It posts a ranked follow-up list to Slack sorted by ticket age, so your ops team can chase overdue repairs and close tickets before machines lose another full day of sales.

  • Overdue repairs are surfaced daily instead of discovered during route visits
  • Ops managers have a ranked ticket list each morning without manual Cantaloupe checks
  • Machine downtime is reduced by faster follow-up on stuck service tickets

Questions, answered

What counts as overdue?

You set the SLA threshold when configuring WebRun. A common default is tickets open for more than 48 hours. Adjust it to match your service standards or contract commitments.

Does it automatically reassign tickets or contact technicians directly?

No. WebRun posts the overdue list to Slack for your ops team to review and act on. Ticket reassignment and technician contact are left for your team to handle.

Will it flag tickets that are waiting on a part or a customer decision?

It flags all tickets open beyond the SLA by default. If you have a status in Cantaloupe for tickets on hold, you can configure WebRun to exclude those statuses from the follow-up list.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
