Automated Cantaloupe Driver Performance Scorecard
Every Monday, WebRun opens Cantaloupe Seed Pro, pulls the prior week's route completion data for each driver, calculates metrics including stops completed, machines serviced, average time per stop, and revenue per stop, and writes a driver performance scorecard to Google Sheets so route managers can identify coaching opportunities and recognize top performers.
How do I automatically track and score vending route driver performance each week?
WebRun pulls the prior week's route completion data from Cantaloupe Seed Pro every Monday and calculates stops completed, machines serviced, revenue per stop, and missed stops for each driver. The results are written to a ranked Google Sheets scorecard so route managers can coach underperformers and recognize top drivers based on real data.
- Route managers have a data-backed driver scorecard every Monday without manual Cantaloupe pulls
- Missed stops and low-efficiency drivers are flagged for early coaching conversations
- Top-performing drivers are identifiable each week for recognition and route modeling

Questions, answered
Does it send performance data directly to drivers?
No. The scorecard is written to Google Sheets for managers to review. Any feedback or recognition you share with drivers is left for your management team to deliver through your normal process.
What if a driver had an unusually short week due to time off?
Drivers with fewer than a configurable minimum number of stops in the week are flagged in the sheet so managers know the metrics may not reflect a full workweek before drawing conclusions.
Can the scorecard track metrics beyond what Cantaloupe provides?
The scorecard is based on data available in Cantaloupe Seed Pro. If you track additional metrics in another system, those can be added as manual columns in the Google Sheet by your team.
