Service, MOT & Oil-Change Reminders
Every morning, WebRun opens CDK Global and identifies customers whose service interval, MOT due date, or oil-change milestone falls within the next 30 days, drafts a personalised reminder email for each one, saves them as Gmail drafts, and posts a Slack summary for your service team to review.

Questions, answered
Will it send reminders to customers automatically?
No - every reminder is a Gmail draft. Your service team reviews the Slack batch summary and sends the emails themselves.
How does it know the MOT due date?
It reads the MOT expiry date recorded in CDK Global. If your DMS doesn't store that field, WebRun can use the last service date plus the standard 12-month interval instead.
What if a customer calls in to book after the draft is created?
Before the team sends each batch, they can check CDK for new bookings - or set WebRun to re-check the booking status at send time and skip anyone already booked.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
