In short

How do I automatically track the conservative therapy waiting period for vein patients?

WebRun reviews your varicose vein patients on conservative therapy in OmniMD every morning and counts the weeks each has completed against the payer waiting period. It logs progress to Google Sheets and sends a Telegram list of who has finished the trial and who is close, so no patient waits past their eligible date.

  • No patient waits past their eligible date because the clock is checked daily
  • Upcoming completions surface two weeks early so visits can be booked ahead
  • Documented therapy weeks are ready to support a medical necessity submission

Built for vein clinics · vascular surgeons · phlebology practices · prior authorization staff

Good to know

Questions, answered

Does it message patients about their therapy progress?

No. WebRun only sends an internal Telegram list to your team. It never contacts patients, so no protected health information is shared outside your practice.

How does it know each payer's required waiting period?

It reads the payer noted on the patient record and applies the conservative therapy duration you configure per payer, typically 6 to 12 weeks, then counts from the documented therapy start date.

What if therapy was documented late or paused?

It counts from the start date recorded in OmniMD, so if you adjust that date or the therapy notes, the weeks completed recalculate on the next morning run.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
