OmniMD Automated Unbilled Charge Sweep

Every morning, WebRun opens OmniMD, lists completed vein procedures and diagnostic studies, compares them against what has been charged, logs any unbilled service to Google Sheets, and posts your billing team a Slack list of ablations and duplex studies still missing a charge so revenue is not left on the table.

In short

How do I automatically catch unbilled vein procedures before they are missed?

WebRun compares completed vein procedures in OmniMD against posted charges every morning and catches any ablation, phlebectomy, or duplex study with no charge. It logs the gaps and estimated revenue to Google Sheets and posts your billing team a Slack list ranked by age and value, so no completed service goes unbilled.

  • No completed vein procedure goes unbilled because charges are swept daily
  • Oldest charges surface first, before timely filing limits pass
  • Billing sees revenue at risk quantified in Slack every morning

Built for vein clinics · vascular surgery practices · medical billing teams · revenue cycle managers

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it post charges or submit claims itself?

No. WebRun only compares completed procedures to charges and reports the gaps internally in Slack. Your billing team enters charges and submits claims after reviewing the list, so nothing is billed automatically.

How does it estimate the revenue at risk?

It maps each unbilled service to its expected procedure code and applies your fee schedule, giving a per row estimate so the team can prioritize the highest value charges first.

What if a charge was posted after the sweep ran?

It reads live account status in OmniMD each morning, so any service billed since the last run drops off the next worklist and will not be double counted.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
