Automated Braintrust Application Follow-Up

Every morning, WebRun signs in to Braintrust, reads the status of every application you have submitted, works out how many days each has sat without movement, records the change in Airtable, and posts you a short Microsoft Teams list of which ones are worth a nudge and which roles are already closed.

In short

How do I track which of my freelance job applications have gone quiet?

WebRun signs in to Braintrust every morning, reads the status of every application you have submitted, and counts the days since each one last moved. It updates your Airtable tracker and posts a Microsoft Teams list of the stale ones worth a nudge, plus the roles that have already closed.

  • Stale applications surface the day they cross your quiet threshold
  • Closed roles stop taking up mental space
  • Every status change since yesterday is visible in one Teams post

Done when You have today's follow-up shortlist and status changes in Microsoft Teams.

Questions, answered

Will it message clients or withdraw an application?

No. WebRun only reads your application statuses and reports them to you. Sending a follow-up message, withdrawing, or applying to anything new all stay in your hands.

How does it decide an application has gone quiet?

It compares today's status against the one it recorded in Airtable yesterday and counts the days since anything last changed. You set the threshold, for example seven days.

Does it apply to new roles for me?

Never. This run only looks at applications you already submitted. It adds nobody new and touches no job post, so your profile and pipeline stay exactly as you left them.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
