How do I get a weekly urology provider utilization report from AdvancedMD automatically?
WebRun pulls the prior week's scheduling and encounter data from AdvancedMD every Monday, calculates utilization rate, no-show impact, and procedure mix for each urology provider, and posts the results to a Google Sheets tracker. A Telegram headline tells practice leadership the overall rate and which providers fell below 75%, so schedule optimization starts at the Monday morning huddle.

Questions, answered
Does it share patient-level data in the reports?
No. The Google Sheets report and the Telegram summary contain only aggregated counts, rates, and procedure type totals by provider. No individual patient names, record numbers, or clinical details appear in any report.
What does the 75% utilization threshold mean?
A utilization rate below 75% means a provider's booked slots were more than 25% unfilled last week after accounting for no-shows and cancellations. This threshold can be adjusted in your WebRun settings to match your practice's target.
Can it show revenue per provider alongside utilization?
The report currently covers scheduling utilization metrics. For revenue-per-provider views, you can extend the report by connecting AdvancedMD billing data in the same Google Sheet as an additional column set.
