Can it approve or complete a task for me?
No. WebRun only reads pending tasks and reports who holds each one. Completing, reassigning, or rejecting an Action Center task is always done by the assigned person in UiPath.
Does it message the assignees directly?
No. The list is written to your internal Airtable base and Notion page. Whether to nudge someone, and how, stays a decision for the automation owner.
How long before a task is called out?
You set the ageing threshold, for example four hours. Tasks past it move to the top of the Notion list every hour, along with anything sitting unassigned.
