Automatic Tuta Priority Sender Alerts
Every few minutes, WebRun opens Tuta, scans new unread mail against your list of priority senders, texts you through Twilio the moment one lands, and posts the sender, subject, and folder to Telegram so you can decide whether to stop what you are doing.
How do I get an instant alert when a VIP emails my Tuta inbox?
WebRun checks your Tuta inbox every few minutes and looks only for mail from the senders on your priority list. When one lands it texts you through Twilio with the sender and subject, then posts the full details to Telegram, so the messages that matter reach you within minutes.
- The handful of contacts that matter reach you within minutes
- Everything else waits for the morning digest instead of buzzing your phone
- No message is alerted twice, however often the check runs

Questions, answered
Will it reply to or delete any email?
No. WebRun reads the inbox and alerts you. It never replies, forwards, deletes, or moves a message, so your mailbox is exactly as you left it.
How do I choose who counts as important?
You give WebRun a list of addresses or whole domains when you turn the template on, for example your biggest client and your accountant. Everything else is ignored and waits for your morning digest.
Will it alert me twice for the same message?
No. WebRun records what it has already alerted on and only fires for mail that arrived since the previous run.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
