How do I get intercompany transactions from my ERP into my transfer pricing file?
WebRun keeps your Exactera file fed from the ERP every Monday. It opens NetSuite, exports the week's intercompany transactions by entity pair and category, loads them into Exactera as tested transactions, and posts a Slack summary of what landed, so your documentation stays current without manual re-keying.
- Intercompany transactions reach Exactera weekly, not once a year
- Unmapped rows are flagged the same day
- No transaction is loaded twice from live Exactera state
Built for multinational tax teams · transfer pricing analysts · corporate tax departments · shared service centers
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it change my NetSuite records?
No. WebRun only reads the intercompany transactions report in NetSuite. It writes into Exactera as tested transactions and never edits your ERP data.
What happens to a row it cannot map?
It leaves the row out of Exactera and flags it in the Slack summary, so a human can decide the right entity pair or category before it is loaded.
Will it load the same transaction twice?
No. It checks what already exists in Exactera each run and skips transactions loaded in a prior week, so nothing is duplicated.
