Questions, answered

Does it work with third-party delivery platforms connected to TouchBistro?

WebRun reads orders as they appear in TouchBistro Online Ordering. If your third-party platforms inject orders there, those orders are picked up. Orders that bypass TouchBistro entirely are not visible to this workflow.

Can it adjust the promised time if the kitchen is backed up?

No. WebRun only reads and routes order data. Adjusting promised times or firing orders to a kitchen display system are actions your staff take in TouchBistro directly.

What if two orders arrive at the same time?

WebRun sends a separate Slack alert and logs a separate Sheets row for each order, so nothing is bundled or missed even during a rush.

Put this on autopilot.
