TSTracker Automated Tryout Schedule Reminders

Every morning, WebRun opens TSTracker, finds every tool tryout scheduled for the next seven days, creates or updates the matching event on your shared Google Calendar, and posts a Slack reminder the day before each tryout so the press, materials, and QC checks are lined up in time.

In short

How do I make sure my team never misses a scheduled tool tryout?

WebRun checks TSTracker every morning for tool tryouts scheduled in the next seven days, mirrors each one onto your shared Google Calendar, and posts a Slack reminder the afternoon before naming the tool, press, and time. Rescheduled or cancelled tryouts update automatically, so the press, materials, and QC checks are never caught off guard.

  • Every scheduled tryout appears on the shared calendar the same morning it's set
  • The team gets a same day heads up before every tryout
  • Rescheduled or cancelled tryouts update the calendar automatically

Questions, answered

Does it move press time or change the schedule?

No. WebRun only reads the tryout schedule from TSTracker and mirrors it onto your calendar. Rescheduling a tryout still happens in TSTracker, and the calendar and reminders simply follow.

What happens if a tryout gets rescheduled at the last minute?

It reads the live schedule in TSTracker on every run, so a rescheduled tryout updates the calendar event and the Slack reminder picks up the new date and time automatically.

Will it remind the customer about the tryout?

No. Reminders go to your internal shop channel only, tagging the assigned PM and tooling engineer. It never contacts the customer about tryout timing on its own.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
