Automated Tokopedia Low Stock Alerts
Every morning, WebRun signs into your Tokopedia seller account, reads the stock level of every active product, compares each against the reorder point you set, updates a restock list in Notion with the current quantity and recent sales pace, and sends you a Telegram message naming only the products that have fallen too low.
How do I get alerted before my online store runs out of stock?
WebRun reads stock levels for every active Tokopedia listing each morning and compares them against the reorder point you set per product. It updates your Notion restock list with quantity, weekly sales pace, and days of cover, then sends a Telegram alert naming only the products that have run too low.
- Bestsellers get reordered before they hit zero
- Days of cover is visible for every product every morning
- Stock decisions come from live figures rather than memory

Questions, answered
Will it change my listings or prices?
No. WebRun reads your Tokopedia products and writes only to Notion and Telegram. It never edits stock, price, or listing status, and it never places a purchase order.
Does it message buyers?
No. Nothing is sent to customers. The only message is the internal Telegram alert to you, and the only record is your own Notion inventory list.
Can I set a different reorder point per product?
Yes. The reorder point lives on each product page in Notion, so a fast mover can be flagged at 50 units while a slow one is flagged at 5.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
