No. WebRun only logs data to your internal Google Sheet. No message is sent to any staff member.

Does it handle tip pooling calculations?

WebRun logs each server's raw tip total from Toast. If you run a tip pool, you can configure the sheet with your pooling formula to apply after the log is written.

What if a server worked two shifts in one day?

Toast tracks tips by shift, and WebRun captures each shift separately so the totals are accurate even when a server doubles up.
