Reorder Tmall stock before a listing sells out
Every morning, WebRun signs in to your Tmall seller account, reads the available stock and recent sales rate for each listing, works out the days of cover remaining, drafts a reorder email to the supplier in Gmail for anything below your threshold, and texts your ops lead the list through Twilio.

How do I know when a Tmall product is about to sell out?
WebRun signs in to your Tmall seller account each morning, reads available stock and the last seven days of sales for every listing, and calculates the days of cover left. It drafts a supplier reorder email in Gmail for short lines and texts your ops lead the most urgent ones.
- Reorders start days before a listing sells out, not after
- Every short line arrives as a drafted email, not a to-do
- Sold-out listings are named the morning they happen

What does WebRun do on every run?
The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

1
Tmall - read stock and sales rate
WebRun opens Tmall to read stock and sales rate. - Sign in to your Tmall seller account and open your product listings
- Record the available quantity for every active listing and variant
- Read units sold over the last seven days for each and calculate the daily rate
- Divide the stock by the daily rate to get days of cover remaining
- Flag anything under your cover threshold, plus anything already showing as sold out
Done when Every active listing has a days-of-cover figure and the short ones are flagged.
-
2
Gmail - draft the supplier reorder
WebRun opens Gmail to draft the supplier reorder. - Open Gmail and write one reorder email per supplier covering all their short lines
- List each product, the current stock, the days of cover and a suggested quantity based on your usual reorder multiple
- Leave every email in Drafts so a person checks the quantities and the supplier before it goes
- Never send a purchase order or commit to a quantity automatically
Done when One reorder draft per affected supplier is waiting for review in Gmail.
-
3
Twilio - text the ops lead
WebRun opens Twilio to text the ops lead. - Text your ops lead through Twilio with the count of short lines and the three most urgent
- Name anything already sold out, since that is lost revenue today
- Say how many reorder drafts are waiting in Gmail
- Text only your own team's numbers, never a customer or a supplier
Done when The ops lead has today's stock warning and knows the drafts are waiting.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it place an order with my supplier?
No. Every reorder email is left unsent in your Gmail drafts. A person checks the quantity, the price and the supplier before anything goes out, so no purchase is ever committed automatically.
Does it change stock or prices on my Tmall listings?
No. WebRun reads your seller account and never edits a listing, a quantity or a price. Restocking and any listing change stays a deliberate human action.
How is days of cover calculated?
It divides available stock by the average daily units sold over the last seven days. You set the threshold that counts as short, for example under 14 days of cover, and only those lines trigger a draft.
