Automated Titan Mailbox Storage Checks

Every Monday, WebRun opens Titan, reads storage used against quota for every mailbox on your domain, saves the week's capacity record to Google Drive, and posts the mailboxes closest to full to Slack while there is still time to act.

In short

How do I check which Titan mailboxes are running out of storage?

Every Monday, WebRun signs into Titan, reads storage used against quota for every mailbox on your domain, and ranks the ones closest to full. It files the week's capacity record in Google Drive and posts the at-risk mailboxes to Slack, so nobody's mail starts bouncing without warning.

  • Mailboxes near their quota surface a week before mail bounces
  • Growth per mailbox is tracked, so upgrades are planned not panicked
  • Admins get a ranked list instead of a control panel to comb through

Built for IT admins · small business owners · office managers · agencies

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

    • Note which addresses are aliases so they are not counted twice
    • Calculate how much headroom each mailbox has left

Done when Every mailbox on the domain has a usage figure and a percentage of quota.

  3. 2
Google Drive - file the capacity record

    • Save this week's capacity record to the admin folder in Google Drive
    • Keep one row per mailbox with the date, usage and quota

    slack.com
WebRun in Slack: post the mailboxes near full

    • Show usage, quota and how fast each one is growing
    • Estimate the weeks left before each hits its limit so upgrades can be planned

Done when The admin channel has this week's at-risk mailbox list.

Questions, answered

Will it delete mail to free up space?

No. WebRun never deletes a message, empties a folder, or changes a plan. It reads usage and reports it, and clearing space or upgrading a mailbox stays a decision your admin makes.

Does it read anyone's email?

No. It reads the mailbox list and the storage figures in the admin view only. The contents of mailboxes are never opened, quoted, or copied anywhere.

How far ahead does it warn me?

It compares this week's usage against last week's filed record, works out the growth rate, and estimates the weeks left before each mailbox hits its quota.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
