Questions, answered
Does it issue or refund any gift cards automatically?
No. WebRun reads balances and redemption activity only. No gift cards are issued, modified, or refunded.
What does a dormant gift card flag mean?
It means a gift card has not been redeemed in more than 12 months. Your bookkeeper can review these for accounting treatment, such as recognizing breakage revenue under local rules.
Can it track gift cards sold through the shop counter as well as online?
Yes, if your counter sales are processed through Stripe or recorded in Tire Guru. WebRun consolidates data from both sources in one report.
