Questions, answered

Will it submit anything to the IRS or respond to IRS requests on my behalf?

No. WebRun only reads case data in Canopy and logs it internally to Slack and Google Sheets. Any IRS communication or document submission is done by your staff.

How does it track the IRS processing stage?

It reads the resolution workflow stage and notes recorded in each Canopy case. Your team must keep the case record updated with IRS correspondence for the digest to reflect the latest status.

What happens when an OIC is accepted or rejected?

The case status in Canopy should be updated by your team to reflect the IRS decision. On the next Monday run, that case will no longer appear in the active OIC list.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
