Automated Target Plus Ship By Countdown

Every morning, WebRun opens your Target Plus seller account, lists the orders that have not shipped yet, works out which ones must go out today and which are already past their ship by date, records the queue in Airtable, and posts your fulfilment team the countdown in Microsoft Teams.

In short

How do I make sure marketplace orders ship before their deadline?

WebRun opens your Target Plus seller account every morning and lists the orders that still have no tracking, ranking them by ship by date in Airtable. It then posts your fulfilment team a countdown in Microsoft Teams showing what is late, due today, and due tomorrow, so on time delivery stays intact.

  • Late and due-today orders are separated before the shift starts
  • The pick list is ready with items and quantities every morning
  • Shipped orders drop off the queue from live order status

What does WebRun do on every run?

    • Capture the order number, the items, the quantity, and the ship by date for each
    • Note anything already past its ship by date separately

Done when Every unshipped order is listed with its items and ship by date.

    • Flag any order where the item may be short on stock
    • Never message a customer. WebRun does not confirm shipment or send tracking

Done when The fulfilment team has today's ranked countdown in Teams.

Questions, answered

Will it mark orders as shipped or message buyers?

No. WebRun reads the orders and builds an internal countdown. Confirming a shipment, uploading tracking, and any message to a buyer are all left to your team.

How does it decide what is urgent?

By the ship by date on each order. Orders already past it come first, then orders due today, then tomorrow, so the pick list matches the risk to your delivery metrics.

Does it drop orders that already shipped?

Yes. It reads the live order status every morning, so anything with tracking against it is closed out in Airtable and never appears in the countdown again.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
