Syngency Automated Contract Renewal Alerts

Every Monday, WebRun opens Syngency, finds talent representation agreements and client service contracts expiring in the next 60 days, drafts a renewal outreach email in Gmail for each one, and adds a follow up reminder to Google Calendar on the responsible agent so no renewal deadline gets missed.

In short

How do I catch expiring talent contracts before they lapse?

Every Monday, WebRun checks Syngency for talent representation agreements and client contracts expiring within 60 days, then drafts a renewal outreach email in Gmail for each and leaves it unsent for review. It also adds a follow up reminder to the responsible agent's Google Calendar ahead of the expiry date, so no representation agreement or service contract quietly lapses unrenewed.

  • No representation agreement or contract lapses without a renewal conversation
  • Renewal outreach always goes out in your agent's own words
  • Every expiring contract gets a calendar reminder, not just an email

Questions, answered

Will it send renewal emails without my agent's approval?

No. WebRun only drafts the renewal outreach in Gmail and leaves it unsent. The responsible agent reviews and sends it themselves.

How far ahead does it flag an expiring contract?

60 days by default, so there is time to negotiate before the deadline. Adjust the window in your run configuration if your agency needs more or less lead time.

Will I lose track of a renewal once the email is drafted?

No. It also adds a follow up reminder to the responsible agent's Google Calendar, so the renewal stays visible even if the draft sits unsent for a while.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
