Automated Talent.com Job Posting Expiry Alerts
Every morning, WebRun signs in to Talent.com, reads each live job posting's expiry date, budget remaining, spend, clicks, and applications, appends the numbers to an Airtable tracker, and posts the postings about to expire or run out of budget to Microsoft Teams.
How do I stop my job postings expiring or running out of budget?
Every morning WebRun opens Talent.com and checks each live job posting: how many days before it expires, how much budget is left, and how the clicks and applications are tracking. WebRun logs every posting in Airtable and posts the ones about to go dark to Microsoft Teams.
- Postings are renewed before they go dark, not after
- Budget running out is visible days ahead with spend to date
- A stalled ad with budget left is flagged for a rewrite
Built for recruiters · in house talent teams · staffing agencies · hiring managers
What does WebRun do on every run?
The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

WebRun signs in and gets to work
Opens
www.talent.comin a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys. -
1
Talent.com - read posting expiry and budget
WebRun opens Talent.com to read posting expiry and budget. - Sign in to Talent.com and list every job posting that is currently live
- Record the expiry date, the budget set, the spend so far, and the budget still remaining
- Record the clicks and applications each posting has attracted, and the cost per application
- Mark any posting expiring inside your warning window or close to using its full budget
- Spend nothing. WebRun never tops up a budget, extends a posting, or buys placement
Done when Every live posting has today's expiry, budget, spend, and application numbers.
-
2
Airtable - log each posting's numbers
WebRun opens Airtable to log each posting's numbers. - Append today's row per posting to the recruitment marketing base
- Store expiry date, budget remaining, spend, clicks, applications, and cost per application
- Keep the daily history so a posting whose applications have dried up is visible as a trend
Done when Today's numbers are appended for every live posting in Airtable.
-
3
Microsoft Teams - flag postings about to go dark
WebRun opens Microsoft Teams to flag postings about to go dark. - Post the recruiting channel a short list of postings expiring soon or nearly out of budget
- Show the role, the days left, the budget remaining, and applications received so far
- Add any posting whose applications have stalled, so a weak ad is rewritten rather than just refunded
Done when The recruiting channel has today's at risk postings in Teams.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it top up a budget or extend a posting?
No. WebRun reads the posting and reports what is running out. Adding budget, extending a posting, or spending anything is always done by you.
How much warning do I get before a posting expires?
Seven days by default, and you can move that window. Anything inside it appears in the Teams list with the days left and the budget remaining.
Can it tell me if an ad is simply not working?
Yes. The Airtable history shows clicks and applications per day, so a posting with budget left but no applications is flagged as stalled rather than just healthy.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
