Automated Suno Credit Balance Monitoring

Every morning, WebRun opens Suno, reads the credits left on your plan and how many were used yesterday, records the figures in Airtable to work out your burn rate, and raises a Trello card when the balance will not cover the days ahead.

In short

How do I know when my AI generation credits are about to run out?

WebRun opens Suno every morning, reads the credits left on your plan and how many were used yesterday, and records both in Airtable to calculate a daily burn rate. When the balance will not last until credits refresh, it raises a Trello card with the days left, so a deadline day is not lost to an empty balance.

  • A session is never started on a balance that cannot finish it
  • Days of credits left come from real usage, not a guess
  • Quiet days raise no card, so the board means action

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens suno.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Suno - read the credit balance
    suno.com
WebRun in Suno: read the credit balance
WebRun opens Suno to read the credit balance.
    • Open Suno and read the credits remaining on your plan
    • Record how many generations were made since yesterday's run
    • Note the plan you are on and the date credits next refresh
    • Capture the credits used per generation so the rate is grounded in real usage

Done when Today's credit balance and yesterday's usage are both recorded.

  3. 2
Airtable - track the burn rate
    airtable.com
WebRun in Airtable: track the burn rate
WebRun opens Airtable to track the burn rate.
    • Append today's balance and usage as a row in your credits base in Airtable
    • Work out the average daily burn from the last seven rows
    • Divide the remaining credits by that rate to get days of generating left
    • Compare the result against the days until credits refresh

Done when Airtable shows today's balance, the burn rate, and the days of credits left.

  4. 3
Trello - card the low balance
    trello.com
WebRun in Trello: card the low balance
WebRun opens Trello to card the low balance.
    • Raise a Trello card when the credits will not last until the refresh date
    • Put the balance, the daily burn, the days left, and the refresh date on the card
    • Flag any morning where a booked session needs more credits than remain
    • Leave the board empty on days when the balance is comfortable

Done when A card exists for every day the balance is not enough to finish the work.

Questions, answered

Will it buy more credits or change my plan?

No. WebRun never spends money. It reports the balance and the days left, and buying credits or upgrading a plan is done by you in Suno, so no charge happens without a person deciding.

Does it generate anything while checking?

No. WebRun reads the balance and the usage figures only. It never starts a generation, which would spend the very credits it is there to protect.

How does it work out days left?

From your own recent usage: the average credits burned per day over the last seven recorded days, divided into the balance remaining. The card shows both numbers so the estimate is checkable.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
