Questions, answered

Will it email students without my approval?

No. Every Mailchimp reminder is saved as a Draft campaign. You review and schedule it yourself - no email goes to students until you say so.

What if a student already confirmed their attendance?

Confirmed registrants are excluded from the draft reminder list. Only students who have not opened or clicked a previous reminder are included.

Can it handle recurring weekly sessions?

Yes. It checks all upcoming Zoom meetings regardless of whether they are one-off or recurring, and drafts a reminder for each session individually.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
