- For each payout, read the gross amount, fees, net amount, and the list of contributing charges
- Export the charge IDs and amounts for cross-referencing

Shopify - match each transaction to its order
WebRun opens Shopify to match each transaction to its order. - Open Shopify Admin > Orders and search for each order linked to the Stripe charge IDs
- Confirm order total, refunds, and the payment gateway used
- Flag any charge that does not match a Shopify order, or any Shopify order from last week with no matching Stripe charge
Done when Every Stripe charge is matched (or flagged as unmatched) against a Shopify order.

- Append a row for each matched pair: payout date, order number, order total, Stripe fee, net amount, and match status
- Highlight rows flagged as 'Unmatched' in red and add a summary row showing total matched, total unmatched, and net payout for the week

What if I use Shopify Payments instead of Stripe?
The same logic applies - swap the Stripe node for Shopify Payments in the plan and WebRun reads from Shopify Admin > Finances instead of the Stripe dashboard.
How far back does it go?
Each run covers the previous 7 days. Older gaps stay flagged in the sheet until you mark them resolved, so nothing falls through the cracks.
