Questions, answered
Will it email shoppers automatically?
No - every recovery email is saved as a draft in Klaviyo and flagged for your review. Nothing is scheduled or sent until you approve it.
How does it personalise the email if it has never seen the shopper before?
It uses the shopper name and exact product names from the Shopify checkout record. You can add tone instructions or a discount-code rule in the plan.
What if the shopper completed the purchase after abandoning?
It cross-checks the Shopify order list before drafting. Anyone who has already converted is skipped so they don't get an unnecessary email.
