Never. All responses are drafted in Slack for your review. Nothing is posted to Amazon or Etsy until you copy it in yourself.
What counts as a negative review?
Anything 3 stars or below is flagged by default. You can lower the threshold to 2 stars, or ask WebRun to also flag 4-star reviews that mention specific keywords like 'damaged' or 'late'.
What if there are no new negative reviews today?
It sends a short 'All clear - no new negative reviews' message to Slack so you always know the run completed.
