Automated StarOfService Unanswered Lead Alerts

Every hour, WebRun opens StarOfService, checks every quote request against how long it has sat unanswered, drafts a reply for anything over 2 hours old, creates a Trello card for the lead, and posts an alert to Microsoft Teams so no request goes cold.

In short

How do I stop StarOfService leads from going unanswered?

WebRun checks StarOfService every hour for quote requests sitting unanswered past 2 hours, drafts a reply covering availability and price for each one, creates a Trello card, and alerts the team in Microsoft Teams. Nothing sends on its own, since messaging a customer is irreversible, so your team always reviews and sends each reply themselves.

  • Quote requests get a reviewed reply within hours, not days
  • No lead sits unanswered long enough to go cold
  • Every unanswered lead has a Trello card and a ready draft

Questions, answered

Will WebRun send the reply to the customer?

No. Messaging a customer is a one way action, so WebRun only drafts the reply. Your team reviews it in Trello and sends it themselves from StarOfService.

What goes into the drafted reply?

Your stated availability and a starting price range for the service requested, written in your usual tone, so your team only has to check it over before sending.

How is a lead marked as unanswered?

Any quote request with no reply logged in StarOfService for more than 2 hours triggers the alert, so genuinely slow responses get caught before the customer looks elsewhere.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
