No. WebRun posts the reminder list to Slack for your team to act on. Scheduling re-evaluations and any patient communication about them must be handled by staff.
How does it know when a re-evaluation is due?
It uses each patient's last evaluation date in WebPT and a standard re-evaluation interval. You can adjust the default 60-day or 90-day window to match your payer mix when you set up the workflow.
What if a patient has already been re-evaluated?
WebRun reads the live evaluation history from WebPT each run, so patients with a recent evaluation on file are automatically excluded from the reminder list.
