In short

How do I automatically chase incomplete speech therapy documentation in WebPT?

WebRun opens WebPT every morning and finds all unsigned daily notes, evaluations, and progress notes from the past seven days. It posts a clinician-grouped worklist to Slack with billing-urgency flags, so therapists start each day knowing exactly which documentation needs their signature before billing windows close.

  • Unsigned notes are caught before billing windows close
  • Clinicians start each day with their documentation worklist in Slack
  • Completed notes are automatically cleared from the next morning's list

Questions, answered

Will it sign or submit notes on the clinician's behalf?

No. Signing clinical documentation requires the treating clinician. WebRun only surfaces incomplete notes in Slack so each therapist knows what still needs their signature.

How does it decide which notes are urgent?

It flags notes older than 5 days in bold, since most payers require documentation to be finalized within a specific window. Notes older than 5 days represent the highest billing risk.

What if a note was completed after yesterday's run?

WebRun reads live document status from WebPT each morning, so any note signed since the last run is automatically excluded from the worklist.
