Automated Snipcart Abandoned Cart Digests

Every evening, WebRun opens the Snipcart dashboard, reads every cart abandoned that day across your connected sites, posts the list to Slack with the cart value and items, and escalates the highest value carts to Telegram so the sales team can follow up personally.

In short

How do I get today's abandoned Snipcart carts in front of my sales team?

WebRun checks the Snipcart dashboard every evening for carts abandoned that day, posts the full list to Slack with item and cart value, and escalates the highest value carts to Telegram for a personal follow up. Sales teams see exactly what was left behind the same day, instead of losing the opportunity to a cart nobody noticed.

  • High value abandoned carts get a same day follow up
  • The sales team sees cart activity without opening the dashboard
  • Repeat abandoners are flagged for extra attention

Built for Snipcart merchants · small ecommerce sales teams · DTC brands · custom storefront developers

Questions, answered

Does it email the customer about their abandoned cart?

No. WebRun only alerts your internal sales team through Slack and Telegram. Any outreach to the customer is sent by your team, not by WebRun.

What counts as a high value cart?

Any cart above the value threshold you set. Everything else still appears in the regular Slack list, just without the Telegram escalation.

Does it work across multiple sites using Snipcart?

Yes. If you run Snipcart on more than one site, it reads abandoned carts across all of them into one digest.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
