Automated Snagajob Applicant Review Queue

Every morning, WebRun signs in to Snagajob, gathers the applicants still waiting on a first review, orders them by how long each has waited, reads their screening answers, holds interview slots in Google Calendar, and posts the queue to Microsoft Teams for the manager to work through.

In short

How do I clear the applicants waiting for review on Snagajob?

WebRun signs in to Snagajob every morning and gathers the applicants still waiting on a first review, ordering them by how long each has waited and noting their screening answers. It holds interview slots in Google Calendar and posts the queue to Microsoft Teams, so hourly candidates hear back the same day.

  • Candidates hear back the same day rather than the same week
  • The longest waiting applicant is always at the top of the queue
  • Interview slots are already held when the manager opens the list

Built for store managers · restaurant operators · hourly hiring teams · staffing coordinators

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it message or reject applicants?

No. WebRun never messages a candidate, sends an interview invitation, or rejects anyone. It builds the queue and holds internal calendar time, and a manager makes every contact and every decision.

Does it screen people out automatically?

No. It reads the screening answers and notes who meets the stated requirements, but every applicant stays on the queue. The manager decides who to interview and who to pass on.

What happens once someone is reviewed?

They drop off. WebRun reads the live application status in Snagajob each morning, so anyone reviewed yesterday is not queued again and the list only shows people still waiting.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
