Automated Shortwave Morning Inbox Digest

Every morning, WebRun opens Shortwave, reads what came in overnight, sorts it into needs a reply, FYI, and receipts or bills, posts the full digest to Telegram, and sends a Twilio text only when a message looks time sensitive.

In short

How do I get a daily digest of my Shortwave inbox?

WebRun reviews your Shortwave inbox every morning, sorting new messages into needs a reply, FYI, and receipts or bills. It posts the full digest to Telegram and sends a Twilio text only for anything flagged urgent, so your inbox stays organized without you refreshing it by hand.

  • Every morning starts with mail already sorted into three clear categories
  • Urgent messages trigger a direct text instead of waiting in a digest
  • No message sits uncategorized in the inbox

Questions, answered

Does it reply to or delete anything in my inbox?

No. WebRun only reads, sorts, and labels what is already there for the digest. It never sends a reply or deletes a message, and any reply it ever drafts stays in Drafts until you send it.

How does it decide a message is urgent?

It looks for signals like a mentioned deadline or the word urgent in the subject or preview, the kind of message worth a same day reply.

Will it text me for every new email?

No. Twilio texts are reserved for messages flagged urgent. Everything else waits for you in the Telegram digest.
