Will it change my nesting settings to improve yield?

No. WebRun only reads completed nests and reports the yield. It never adjusts nesting parameters, part rotation, or sheet layout inside SigmaNEST on its own.

How is the yield percentage calculated?

It divides the area actually used by parts by the total sheet area for each completed nest, giving a straightforward material utilization percent you can track over time.

What counts as a low yield nest?

Any nest below the target threshold you set, which defaults to 80 percent but can be changed per material or job type.
