Questions, answered
Does this replace the formal incident report in PointClickCare?
No. WebRun only reads the reports already filed by staff in PointClickCare and summarises them. It does not create, edit, or close any incident record. All formal documentation stays in PointClickCare.
What if no incidents were filed overnight?
If there are no incidents in the 24-hour window, WebRun posts a brief Slack note confirming a clear overnight and does not append any rows to the Sheet. Leadership still gets confirmation that the run completed.
Can it flag incidents that need regulatory notification?
Yes. It looks for any incident in PointClickCare marked as requiring notification (such as a serious fall with injury) and highlights those at the top of the Slack digest so they are not buried in the summary.
