Questions, answered
Does it change any street rates automatically?
No. WebRun only reads and reports. Any rate changes must be made by a manager in SiteLink. The report flags unit sizes worth reviewing, but the decision and action are always human-led.
Can it cover multiple facilities in one report?
Yes. If your SiteLink account manages multiple sites, WebRun reads and logs each facility separately in the Google Sheet, with a combined summary posted to Slack.
What does revenue per available unit mean?
It is the actual rented revenue for a unit size divided by the total number of units in that size, occupied and vacant. It shows how much each unit contributes on average and how much upside sits in your vacancies.
