It reads the site qualification and license requirements from TrackTik's schedule data and matches them against each officer's profile, so only eligible guards appear as candidates.
What if a shift gets filled while it is running?
It reads the live shift status in TrackTik on each run, so shifts that have already been filled are skipped automatically.
