No. WebRun reads applications and produces an internal shortlist. It never messages an applicant, never rejects anyone, and never moves someone through a stage, so every candidate decision is human.
How does it grade fit?
Against the requirements written on the posting the application came through: years of experience, listed skills, and location. Each grade comes with one line of evidence you can check in the resume.
Does it change anything inside Saramin?
No. WebRun reads the recruitment area only. The suggested stage is written in your Google Sheet, and a recruiter applies it in Saramin if they agree.
