Automated Rytr Draft to Editor Handoff

Every few minutes, WebRun checks Rytr for a content draft that finished generating, logs the request and its status to Airtable, and copies the draft into a Notion editing queue so an editor reviews and rewrites it before anything is published.

In short

How do I route finished Rytr drafts to an editor automatically?

WebRun checks Rytr every few minutes for a content draft that finished generating, logs its status in Airtable, and copies the draft into a Notion editing queue. Nothing is published automatically. AI drafts reach an editor within minutes instead of sitting in Rytr until someone remembers to check on the request.

  • Every AI draft reaches an editor within minutes of finishing
  • Nothing generated gets published without a human review step
  • Content requests stay tracked from request to drafted status

Questions, answered

Will it publish the AI draft anywhere?

No. WebRun only moves the draft into a Notion queue marked for editing. Publishing always requires a person to review and post it separately.

Does it edit or rewrite the draft itself?

No. It copies the draft exactly as Rytr generated it. All editing and fact-checking is done by your editor in Notion.

How do I know a draft is ready to review?

It shows up as a new page in the Notion editing queue and its Airtable row updates to drafted, so nothing needs a manual check to find it.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
