Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it contact delinquent customers directly?

No. WebRun builds the internal worklist only. Any outreach to customers is handled by your finance or AR team after reviewing the worklist.

How is the delinquency risk score calculated?

It combines the number of days the balance is outstanding from Leapfin with the count of failed charges and disputes in Stripe to produce a risk ranking for each customer.

What if a customer has already set up a payment plan?

Customers with an active payment arrangement should be excluded by your team in the Google Sheet. WebRun flags based on raw Leapfin and Stripe data, so manual overrides are applied in the tracker.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
