Every morning, WebRun opens Clio and checks the trust account balance for every active retainer client, flags any balance below your configured threshold, drafts a professional top-up request email for each one for attorney review, and posts a low-balance alert to Slack - so retainers are replenished before work is delayed.

Questions, answered

Will it request money from clients without my approval?

No. Replenishment request emails are always saved as Gmail drafts. The attorney reviews, edits if needed, and sends - no financial request goes to a client automatically.

How do I set the low-balance threshold?

You configure a firm-wide default threshold (e.g. $2,000) and can set per-client thresholds for matters with higher burn rates. WebRun uses those thresholds in every morning check.

Does it have access to move trust funds?

No. WebRun reads balances and drafts communications - it has no ability to transfer or move any funds. All financial actions remain with your billing team.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
