Automated Alora Respite Stay Availability Digest
Every morning, WebRun opens Alora, finds every respite stay slot and caregiver hour open for the coming week, logs it to a running Google Sheets tracker, and posts your intake team a ranked Slack summary of what is available today.
How do I know which respite stay slots are open today?
WebRun checks Alora every morning for respite stay slots and caregiver hours still open in the coming week, logs each one to a Google Sheets tracker, and posts your intake team a ranked Slack summary with slots open more than 3 days flagged, so new and waitlisted families get a same-day answer on availability.
- Intake answers a same-day availability question instead of checking Alora by hand
- Slots open more than 3 days get flagged for priority outreach
- Every coordinator sees the same live availability list each morning
Built for respite care agencies · intake coordinators · home care schedulers · family caregiver support programs

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Does the Slack digest include client health details?
No. It lists open slots by date, shift length, and general care level only. Full case notes and diagnoses stay in Alora and never appear in the Slack summary.
How far ahead does the availability list look?
Seven days ahead by default. Every run also cross-checks confirmed bookings in Alora, so a slot that got filled overnight will not show up as open.
What if two coordinators try to book the same slot at once?
WebRun only reports what Alora shows as open at run time. It does not hold or reserve a slot, so your team should still confirm in Alora before promising a family a date.
