In short

How do I automatically follow up on open rental quotes?

WebRun opens Goodshuffle Pro every morning, finds quotes sitting unanswered for 48 hours or more, and drafts a friendly follow-up in Gmail for each prospect. It then posts your team a Slack list of open quotes ranked by value, so the most important bookings get attention before the event date passes.

  • No open quote goes unanswered for more than 48 hours
  • High-value quotes and urgent event dates get flagged first
  • Staff start each day with a prioritized follow-up list in Slack

Built for party and event rental companies · equipment rental sales teams · tent and linen rental businesses · AV and lighting rental

Questions, answered

Will it email prospects without my approval?

No. WebRun drafts every follow-up in Gmail and leaves it for a staff member to review and send. No message goes to a prospect without a human approving it first.

How does it decide which quotes to follow up on?

It flags quotes that have been open in Goodshuffle Pro with no customer response for 48 hours or more. Quotes for events within 7 days are marked urgent and listed first.

What if a prospect has already booked or declined after the quote was sent?

WebRun reads the live quote status from Goodshuffle Pro on each run, so any quote that has converted or been declined since the last check is automatically skipped.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
